  1. We currently ship within the United States only, do not offer international shipping.
  2. We do not ship to the following locations:
    • PO Boxes
    • APO/FPO military addresses
    • DPO addresses
    • Freight forwarding services
  3. If your shipping address includes any of the above, we will contact you to provide an alternative. This may delay your order.
  4. Customers located outside the United States may contact our support team for personalized assistance.

二、Order Processing & Shipping Time

  1. Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
  2. Estimated Delivery Time:
    • Standard shipping usually takes 7 to 15 business days, depending on your location.
  3. Shipping Carriers:
    • We partner with trusted logistics providers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and certified freight carriers.
  4. Shipping Cost:
    • Free standard shipping is offered on all U.S. orders.

三、Tracking Your Shipment

  1. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  2. You can track your order by:
    • Clicking “Track Order” at the bottom of our website
    • Entering your order number and email address
    • Viewing updates for each package
  3. Important Notes:
    • Orders may arrive in multiple packages with separate tracking numbers.
    • Package names may differ slightly from product names but are part of the same order.

四、If Your Order Is Marked “Delivered” but Not Received

  1. If your package status is “delivered” but you did not receive it, please do the following within 24 hours:
    • Verify your shipping address
    • Check all areas around your property (mailbox, porch, garage, etc.)
    • Ask family members or neighbors
    • Look for any delivery attempt notices
    • Contact the carrier using the tracking number
  2. If the package does not arrive within 48 hours, contact us with the carrier claim number.
  3. We will assist you with a replacement or refund, if appropriate.
  4. Missing order claims must be reported within 3 business days of the delivery notification.

五、Damaged or Incorrect Items

  1. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please:
    • Keep all original packaging
    • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
    • Provide the following:
      • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product
      • Photos of all packaging
      • Photo of the shipping label
      • A brief description of the issue
  2. For freight shipments, sign the delivery receipt as "Damaged" if you notice visible damage.
  3. All product-related issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
  4. We do not cover repair costs or returns handled by unauthorized third parties.

六、Delayed, Lost, or Exceptional Shipments

  1. If your shipment is delayed or lost, please contact:
    • The shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.)
    • Our customer service team
  2. Once the issue is verified, we will offer a replacement shipment or full refund, based on your preference.
  3. Please note that ongoing supply chain disruptions may affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed.

七、Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  1. All orders shipped within the United States are not subject to any customs duties or import taxes.

八、Multiple Shipping Addresses

  1. Each order may be shipped to one address only.

  2. If you need to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders or contact us.
