一、Shipping Regions & Limitations
- We currently ship within the United States only, do not offer international shipping.
- We do not ship to the following locations:
- PO Boxes
- APO/FPO military addresses
- DPO addresses
- Freight forwarding services
- If your shipping address includes any of the above, we will contact you to provide an alternative. This may delay your order.
- Customers located outside the United States may contact our support team for personalized assistance.
二、Order Processing & Shipping Time
- Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

- Standard shipping usually takes 7 to 15 business days, depending on your location.

三、Tracking Your Shipment
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can track your order by:
- Clicking “Track Order” at the bottom of our website
- Entering your order number and email address
- Viewing updates for each package

Important Notes:
- Orders may arrive in multiple packages with separate tracking numbers.
- Package names may differ slightly from product names but are part of the same order.
四、If Your Order Is Marked “Delivered” but Not Received
- If your package status is “delivered” but you did not receive it, please do the following within 24 hours:
- Verify your shipping address
- Check all areas around your property (mailbox, porch, garage, etc.)
- Ask family members or neighbors
- Look for any delivery attempt notices
- Contact the carrier using the tracking number
- If the package does not arrive within 48 hours, contact us with the carrier claim number.
- We will assist you with a replacement or refund, if appropriate.
- Missing order claims must be reported within 3 business days of the delivery notification.
五、Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please:
- Keep all original packaging
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide the following:
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product
- Photos of all packaging
- Photo of the shipping label
- A brief description of the issue
- For freight shipments, sign the delivery receipt as "Damaged" if you notice visible damage.
- All product-related issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
- We do not cover repair costs or returns handled by unauthorized third parties.
六、Delayed, Lost, or Exceptional Shipments
- If your shipment is delayed or lost, please contact:
- The shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.)
- Our customer service team
- Once the issue is verified, we will offer a replacement shipment or full refund, based on your preference.
- Please note that ongoing supply chain disruptions may affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed.
